Above the Trail

Prefer short term stays of 28 days or less, but open to discussing a longer stay. The carriage house is private so that you feel separate from the main house. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the side of Eagle Ridge Mountain. You will be six kilometers from downtown Grand Forks, a short drive with lots of shopping. You can easily access to the Trans Canada Trail around the corner from the carriage house where you can hike, bike, ATV, cross-country ski; an outdoor enthusiast's dream!

Bernie's is a super comfortable home base for friends, family, and pets to relax after a day outside. A totally unique setting: stay inside the living quarters of a historic church! Completely renovated with much care to preserve the features that give the space great character and authenticity. Your suite has 3 separate bedrooms, a generous living space, dining area, private laundry and a fully equipped kitchen. From this friendly location you can access world class hiking and biking trails, Red Mountain ski resort and Redstone Golf course.
