Enjoy this little treasure located about 12 miles outside of Valdez. Nestled between town and Thompson pass. you can enjoy Valdez from each direction. Just a short drive to the amazing waterfalls of Keystone Canyon and outdoor recreation up Thompson Pass. Pick your passion from this central location! *1 Queen & 1 Twin upstairs. 1 Queen on main. Stairs are very steep. If you aren't comfortable or able to do stairs please keep that in mind. NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR DRUGS OF ANY KIND.

Chinook

Just three blocks from downtown and all amenities. This is a private room and bathroom with your own entrance in my home. It is equipped with a mini fridge a microwave a coffee maker and teapot. Coffee and tea are supplied. There is one full size bed and a desk with two chairs.There is a nice seating area on the deck.There are shared walls with other units so we kindly request your courtesy with noise. I am a long-term resident here and have good local info.All nice people welcome here.

The Shabbin Playhouse at Alpine Woods 10 mile

Beautiful spring! Breakout your snow gear ! The Shabbin is a private room that has everything you will need in it. Entry passcode lock. 1 Queen bed & pillows. Clean bedding & bath towels provided. Toilet, shower, kitchen including a 4 burner stove, pots & pans, dishes and silverware settings for 4, cutting knives, some baking dishes, wine glasses/opener, coffee grinder, can opener, cabinet for groceries, refrigerator & freezer. Visit Cordova and stay in this cute 1 br 1 ba apartment with beautiful views of Orca Inlet, Spike Island, and Cordova's brand new working harbor. Plenty of parking. Owners are upstairs in the attached house but the apartment is all yours with a separate entrance. Bedroom has two comfortable twin beds. Folding bed available in bedroom closet. Futon couch in living room can be opened for extra sleeping space. Full size fridge, stove/oven and stackable washer/dryer in unit.

Hometown Rentals Airbnb

Rustic and cozy Alaskan apartment right in the heart of Cordova. Tucked away in a friendly neighborhood, while still offering the convenience of easy walking distance to local stores and businesses. This newly renovated space is light and bright, with 1 private bedroom (with a queen size bed), 1 bathroom, and unique lighting. In addition, there is a convertible sleeper sofa in the living room (twin size fits 1 person comfortably).

The Cozy Camper

Small camper nestled in a quite area downtown and only a block from the small boat harbor, and the local food scene. Walkable to everything. Laundry facilities are located at the gas station and harbor master building. Fish cleaning station is by the harbor master building as well. The camper table does turn into a bed but I do not provide bedding for it. Lawn chairs are located inside under the bench seat.

Townhome with two entrances. 3 bedroom 3 bath. One king bed in master bedroom with private bath. One queen bed in small upstairs bedroom with bathroom access in living room. Downstairs has queen size bed with private bath, family room, and kitchenette. High speed internet of 50/50 mbps. Apple TV with big screen tv upstairs and down. Parking in front or along side of building.
