The pull out sofa provides another queen sleep space. This is a pet free/smoke free environment.

If you are at your wit's end, this is your country retreat! You can fill the house with 8 people or just enjoy the quiet setting of this old farm house alone. Relax year-round-play board games, read a book, stream a movie and when it's warm enjoy the lakeside deck. Float or kayak, the lake is clear and great for swimming. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, plus it's near Chain O Lakes State Park. Please note: with 45 stairs down from parking to the cabin, it isn't ADA accessible but worth the workout. Welcome to the little stone cottage on beautiful Sylvan Lake. We are located in Rome City, IN. This adorable house, originally built in 1930, was remodeled and completely renovated in 2018. The updated kitchen features tiled backsplash, gas range, oven, and fridge. There is a microwave and Keurig for your convenience. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a small wardrobe for hanging clothes, and a dresser. The bathroom features a tiled shower.
