A 2 min walk up our driveway and you're on the bus route. Within a 10 min walk are a bakery, mini mart, bars, restaurants and food vans.

The Caribbean Sea beckons you to the private infinity pool cascading in three directions, inviting you to sit on the underwater seats for your morning coffee or evening drinks.

On the Vigie Peninsula-walk to the beach where local restaurants serve tasty meals daily (visit Petra's Cafe open 6am to 8pm!!!), Seaside Taxi Service available. Visit historical sites. Bank Currency Exchange located opposite the beach. Within short driving distance-Castries City, Ferry Terminal, supermarket, shopping center with pharmacy, medical/eye doctor's offices, food court, boutiques, supermarket. Ti Kas is all wood, with one bedroom, a double bed, complete kitchen, saloon with smart TV with WIFI connection & sofa. One toilet inside & bath on the balcony. From the guest balcony there's a wonderful view of the ocean & neighboring Martinique.
