This spacious studio offers one double bed and a spacious living area. The living area has one large sofa which can be used as a bed for the additional guest. The studio offers a private kitchenette and a private bathroom with mid size Jacuzzi (140cm*80 cm). There is 24 hours door man and once every 2 days room service. The Turkish bath need to be booked upon arrival for free entrance. Also my guests will have %10 discount at the restaurant,please mention that you are guests of Yusuf:)

Tiny Ballıca is located within the borders of Ballıca Village, 15 mins from Sabiha Gökçen Airport and Viaport Shopping Center and 5 mins from Intercity İstanbul Park. Being very close to the city makes it possible to get away from the crowd and meet with nature and calmness whenever you want. Our tiny house has an open kitchen, a double bedroom on the loft floor, a bathroom and has its own patio. With fireplace & air condition, the house is ideal for both summer and winter getaways.

Denize sıfır, havuzlu, şömineli, bahçeli villa

Merkeze 20 dk yürüyüş mesafede yer alan villanın kendine ait iskelesi, ön ve arkada olmak üzere geniş bir bahçesi ve havuz (deniz suyu) mevcuttur. Arzu eden misafirler deniz taksi yoluyla da gelebilirler. Ev sahibi, evin ikinci katında 3 adet Jack Russell köpeği ile yaşamaktadır. Misafirlerin ağırlanacağı alt katın kendi girişi, mevcuttur ancak alt ve üst kat ev içinde merdivenler ile birbirine bağlıdır. Misafirlerimizin özel hayatına gereken hassasiyet gösterilecektir.

Aileler ve arkadaş grupları için ideal olan villa, eski bir balıkçı köyü olan Tirilye'ye 2 km uzaklıkta, Öykütepe'de konumlanmıştır. Modern mimari ile doğal çevre arasında güçlü bir bağ kuran bu ev, orman içine gizlenmiş bir havuza ve panoramik dağ, vadi ve deniz manzaralarına sahiptir. Açılır-kapanır asma kat kapısıyla iki ayrı konut olarak kullanılabilir. Bahçede sebze bostanı ve meyve ağaçları bulunur. İstanbul'a 90 dakika, Bursa'ya 25 dakika uzaklıktadır.
