L'abitazione è situata in una strada ai margini del centro storico, che può sembrare una strada di periferia, ma ha il grande pregio di essere molto vicino al centro storico di Palermo e permette di visitare la città a piedi con assoluta facilità. The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.

The sea is at a walking distance, you can reach it either through a stairs or going down a slope (this way you can go to a beatiful bay). It is possible to swim there when the sea is calm, otherwise you can go to the beach in Cinisi (5 chilometers away). Our place is located in an area half way from Palermo and Trapani.
