You only have one entrance/exit to deal with, the white door at the top of the wooden stairs that are pictured. Perfect for a couple looking to cook, relax, and spin records.

Guests have exclusive use of screen porch, fire pit, bbq and outdoor seating area. Jess is a private chef and yoga instructor, so be sure to inquire for services! Private hiking trails, fresh eggs, produce from garden, beach gear, Keurig, mini fridge, homemade granola, tea. Fresh eggs, seasonal veg from the garden, and meals (inquire!)

One bedroom suite, with separate entrance in quiet Nassau Point; a peninsula, surrounded by beaches. Nassau Point is a great place to bike, walk and enjoy nature. Fully functioning WiFI for guests looking to extend their stay, while working from home. Fishermen's beach is a 5 minute walk Causeway beach is a 10 minute walk with parking. Point beach, 1.5 mile walk, a Southold Parking Permit required. You will find 20 wineries within 5 miles, just a short Uber ride away.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids).

Steps from Circle Beach. Charming 2 bed/ 2.5 bath w a separate studio w a twin daybed and 1/2 bath, outdoor shower, large outdoor entertaining patio with a grill. The master bed has a queen bed and the bunk room has a full bed w a twin on bed on top. Located in the cute beach community of Pine Neck, this is Sag Harbor's best kept secret! Chef's kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances and gadgets. The master bathroom features a clawfoot soaking tub.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish beach cottage in Sag Harbor. It is the perfect spot for a single or couple to enjoy the Hamptons beachy lifestyle. Fully appointed for your stay, just bring your bathing suit. Outside is your own patio with sitting area, dining table with umbrella, firepit/BBQ area, and my own tiny cottage “Bouy Cottage” is across the lawn so I (or other guests may be there in August/September/October stays).

Private bungalow with a separate entrance in a historical tudor home. Spacious bedroom with king-sized bed, kitchenette and bathroom. Two bikes, cable TV, internet, AC, beach towels, parking, snacks, coffee and water all provided. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, vineyards, grocery, farms and fish market. Jitney stop is one block away!
