Welcome to stay in our charming "Art and Flowers" apartment in the heart of Liepāja city. The apartment is located in a historic red brick building built 1905. The apartment recently has been completely renovated. We are proud to have the status of the architectural monument. Only 500 meters from beach and seaside park. Twice around a corner is Square of Roses (Rožu Laukums). Nearby by walking distance are nice restaurants and culture objects such as concert hall, theater, museum etc.

Liepmāja

Small but cosy apartment in the heart of Liepāja. Perfect for couples and family with kids. Near to Food market and 10 minute walk to seaside. The apartment is warm and cosy also at the winter time, because it has an automatic electric heater. And if you want you can always light the wood burning fireplace for an extra cosy feel. Kitchen has all the appliances that you need for a comfortable food preparation and there is also a high chair for children.

We fell in love with Liepāja and wanted to feel more at home every time we came here. We kept that in mind when creating this place. We added small, personal and slightly artistic details that include a wide, sunlit space, books, an unconventional bed above ground, a fireplace for calm evenings and a projector for movie lovers.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood near the city center, the apartment is a walking distance away from all the main attractions - beach (20min), concert hall "Amber" (25min), main market (15min), bars and cafes.

You will stay in a beautiful 90 square meter apartment with a 70 square meter room. You will have everything you need for your daily needs and to feel really comfortable. A special highlight is your own tennis court during your stay. Enjoy one of the softest and whitest beaches in Europe. The gorgeous beach is only a 15 minute walk away.

Karlson apartment(house) is located near Liepaja centre(30 min walking to the beach) in separate building. Closest located Liepaja olimpic center (Pool&SPA, Manege, Ice hall), supermarket, in Raiņa park-childrens playground, tram track and Liepaja bus station. Free parking place on territory.

Artists Residence Liepaja

Artists Residence Liepaja - former painters workshop and home. In 80s-90s a lot of paintings was made here. We truly believe you will get inspiration here. Will it be for your next painting, song, book.... or just to spend calm and easy going time...and you will :)
