Se incluye la posibilidad de aparcar un vehículo en un aparcamiento privado ubicado al lado del apartamento. Se trata de un piso equipado con el menaje básico necesario. El acceso al apartamento está libre de barreras arquitectónicas (sin escalones) y se realiza directamente desde la calle. A su llegada, se le facilitará un código de acceso que le permitirá abrir la puerta de entrada. Se distribuye en un hall de entrada, salón con cocina americana, dormitorio en el que se encuentra la cama de matrimonio (1,40x2,00) con ropa de cama y baño completo con ducha. Está completamente equipado, con los servicios principales de cocina con lavavajillas, frigo, cafetera italiana, aire acondicionado, plancha, baño equipado con toallas, secador y gel, así como televisión y Wifi (fibra 600 mb) cuyo funcionamiento se detalla una vez realizada la reserva. No tiene detector de monóxido de carbono al no ser necesario, pues los servicios de calefacción y cocina son eléctricos. Existe la posibilidad de dotar el apartamento con trona o cuna de viaje si el huésped lo necesita, pero es imprescindible que lo avise mediante mensaje de Airbnb una vez realizada la reserva. Si necesita algún servicio adicional a los expuestos en el anuncio, no dude en solicitarlo por si está en nuestra mano poder facilitárselo o ayudarle a conseguirlo. El apartamento está completamente a disposición del huésped y se puede hacer uso de todos los elementos descritos en la web., pero no se puede acceder a zonas comunes del edificio, tales como patios interiores, azotea o permanecer en los rellanos de las escaleras. El acceso se puede realizar sin necesidad de que haya una persona esperando para abrirles, pues al ser un acceso independiente desde la calle y contar con un cajetín de seguridad con clave a la entrada se puede acceder libremente una vez se facilite el código de acceso. Se proporciona un juego de llaves de la puerta dentro del cajetín de la entrada al apartamento. En caso de pérdida, se cobrará un suplemento de 35 € para hacer una copia de reemplazo. El apartamento dispone de internet (fibra de 600 mb) y televisión con puerto de USB, por si desea traerse sus propias películas, así como la TDT con los canales convencionales en español y SMARTV. Por respeto a otros huéspedes no se permiten fiestas ni fumar en el interior del apartamento.

This building was constructed quite recently, so everything you see is new. The first thing we see is a spacious living room, pretty bright thanks to its large exterior windows. It is equipped with a 43" HD Smart TV, hi-speed optical fibre internet connection (around 100mbps), A/C with heating mode, a foldable dining table with room for 4 people and a premium quality sofa/bed that, when open, provides good quality rest on its 1,35m wide mattress. The kitchen is open plan and equipped with the main appliances and elements needed for cooking, apart from offering complimentary basic products such as oil, salt, coffee, sugar, etc. The bedroom has a 1,35m wide double bed, two bedside tables and a large built-in wardrobe where you can store all your clothes and belonging comfortably. The area is quiet during the night and the bedroom is oriented to a private patio, so silence and rest during the night are guaranteed. The bathroom is located next to the entrance and it is equipped with a shower cabin, mirror, electric radiator/towel dryer and a travel hairdryer. The optional parking spot is in a secured public car park located 280 meters away from the apartment and has a cost of 12€ per day of stay.

Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. Especial para parejas o gente que se examine de examenes, no hay ruido ninguno. Caben 3 personas Wifii. Superequipado. Para aparcar, hay zona verde y azul de pago, alquilo parking por un precio módico, siempre y cuando no lo necesite yo. Ojo, reservo fin de semana completo. Hay supermercados cerca, bares, parque, etc.
