(no elevator) Experience an American neighborhood fit for the movies. Within and easy commute to popular attractions. Niagara Falls, Delaware Park, Museums, Art Galleries, Waterfront, Bills Games, Restaurants/Bars, hiking, and more, with the loft as home base!

Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

Off Street parking with easy access to your flat. It is located two streets in from the Niagara river between Niagara Falls and Buffalo. Enjoy the gardens, a nice fire at the fire pit, with full access to our patios, the bike trails, great dining in walking distance. Come to relax and escape for a while!
