This neat two bedroom holiday apartment is located only 100m from the pristine Sawtell beach and a 250m stroll from the trendy Main Street. Guests will enjoy two spacious bedrooms with built in wardrobes. Both bedrooms offer a queen bed and single mattress. The open plan kitchen and living offers fully equipped cooking facilities, as well as a lounge area leading on to the elevated balcony overlooking the pool. Guests can also utilise the shared BBQ, pool and alfresco dining facilities.

The space is in the upstairs roof area of the house, in a beautiful stone & timber home, It has 2 double bedrooms plus a day bed in the lounge area. Sleeps 5 people plus a folding bed for the 6th person It is only a short drive to Sawtell's beautiful beaches, cafe's, rock-pool & headland. Towards Coffs Harbour, the international Sports Grounds, University, Hospital, Airport & race course. South, cultural Bellingen, Urunga boardwalk, Promised Land swim holes & the Dorrigo waterfalls.

And if that’s not enough, stroll down the hill to the centre of town. Free on street parking.
