The River House

Come relax in our beautiful riverfront home conveniently located within 10 minutes of downtown Warren. We have created a private two-story, two bedroom retreat within the main home, separate entrance and amenities included. Take in the beautiful views of 2024's River of the Year & The Allegheny National Forest while enjoying your morning cup of coffee on our private dock. Hop on a bike or take a scenic stroll along the river and finish the evening cozied up by the fire under the night sky.

River View Getaway

This spacious home offers a peaceful getaway on the outskirts of town with a birds eye view of the Allegheny River. You will find easy access to many water activities and just a stone throw away is a public boat launch and dock. Allowing you and other guests to take a quiet stroll to see the white swans along the river. The home is only a short drive to the heart of the city and Allegheny National Forest where you can find outdoor activities and trails as well as many delicious restaurants.

This 4 acre property is close to a variety of outdoor attractions including the Kennerdell Overlook, Sandy Creek Bike Trail, scenic Freedom Falls as well as Sandy Creek.

Riverbend Cabin~ Allegheny Island Wilderness Area

Located at the end of a quiet lane, with a stunning view of the Allegheny River, our riverfront cabin is the perfect getaway to relax with family and friends. Nestled right between Tidioute and Warren, our cabin is close to many sites within the National Forest: Buckaloons, Heart's Content, Rocky Gap, etc. There's also a great view of Crull's Island, a 96 acre paradise within the Allegheny Wilderness Area. Be on the lookout for heron, osprey, waterfowl, deer, and the amazing bald eagle!

Nestled in the Allegheny National Forest along the Allegheny River. A cozy home with nearby fishing, hunting, historical landmarks, cross country, skiing, hiking, biking, antique shops, boating, and kayaking/ canoeing. Moments away from adventures nearby including the Kinzua Dam where the Alleghany River is poured from. Welcome to Skyline Serenity, where heaven meets earth. This brand-new cabin was constructed on the side of Heartwood Mountain, overlooking the Pennsylvania forests for miles and miles. Riverfront Cabin w/ amazing views! Summer escape

A camp with a million dollar view and only one other camp on the other side of the stream and wooded area. Bring your family and friends to camp out, cook out, go fishing, canoeing or kayaking. Children can play in the stream beside the camp or on the jetty, or even walk across the Allegheny to the island to play and explore. A fun, relaxing retreat for years of memories. This is a 4 season cabin so come and experience the Lehmeier's lodge during the various seasons.

Welcome to our Creekside Cottage! I have called this place home for most of my life, playing in the back yard, waving at the steady stream of kayakers or going creeking and exploring the islands. Nowadays, I still adventure out with my kids but you'll also find me kicking back and enjoying the sights from the big picture window or out on the back deck watching the sunset. Looking for a quiet getaway? Relax & enjoy the comforts of our 700 sq-ft Cozy Cottage! Perfect for couples & small families - this home is situated on a private half acre in the heart of Warren County. Comes fully-furnished with 1 queen bed (sleeps 2), 1 pull-out couch (full size - sleeps 2), a den with loungers, and TVs. Located minutes from town, 20 minutes from the Kinzua Dam, 40 minutes from Lakewood, NY.

Welcome to the Downstream Dome! Our newly constructed geodesic dome allows you to wake up to a one of a kind view of the gorgeous Allegheny River, all while feeling nestled in with nature. The Dome includes one Queen bed, one bathroom, dining area, full kitchen, outdoor patio area with a hot tub, grill, and fire pit. For the health and safety of everyone we do have a very strict no animals policy. Thank you.
