Lavender & Rust cottage

Lavender & Rust is a lovely self-catering house for 4 people with an old-world charm in Clarens. A minimum of two guests,no children under 8years. The double-storey house comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a cosy lounge. For comfort on colder days electric blankets, and heaters are provided in the bedrooms. Guests can relax in front of the cosy fireplace, and Wi-Fi access is available. The living area opens onto a stoep, and a Weber braai, as well as secure parking, is provided.

Amazing Mountain Views - Peaceful Close to Village

Wake to stunning mountain views from bed at Gentle Presence Cottages! This Cottage offers self-catering for 6 and has been lovingly decorated using a mixture of antiques and modern furnishings to make guests feel right at home. Built in the 1900’s as stables, this Cottage is one of the oldest buildings in Clarens and it's thought that farmers would arrive by ox-wagon before sharing Nagmaal (Holy Communion). There are 2 Cottages on the premises, set apart and with own entrances for privacy.

The Workshop - QUIET GET AWAY - Offers a wonderful opportunity to, breathe and relax. It is located in Clarens, Free State, South Africa. The Village is an artist's delight. The area boasts some of the best trout fishing, has a beautifully maintained Golf Course, only 3km from our home. Clarens is well-known for local artists, art galleries, restaurants, hiking, wildlife, adventures sports and activities. We have a panoramic view of the Valley and the mountains of Golden Gate and Lesotho.

Loft Room @ Craigrossie

The Loft Room@Craigrossie is a self-catering space for two on Craigrossie Game Farm, 8 km (3kms on good gravel road) outside of Clarens towards Golden Gate. The self-contained space has a loft room with views over the dams & mountains, a queen bed with 100% cotton bedding, bathroom and a kitchenette downstairs. A borehole supplies water. DSTV, WiFi, tea, coffee & kitchen essentials (spices & olive oil) are provided. Bring your own rod for catch & release trout fishing (daily rod fees apply).

The studio has covered parking, a kitchenette (no cooking facilities just microwave) and a lovely sitting area. The apartment has a private veranda and a small garden for the guests use. Decorated in luxury African flair this apartment is a great place to relax and enjoy what Clarens has to offer. WIFI is available during loadshedding.
