Cheerful 3 bedroom cottage on the Allegheny River

We built the summer cottage in 2006, for a summer home stayed on. We lived in the cottage 8 years when we wanted a bigger house. We love it year around. We are isolated with 3 neighbors (not close) and the river at our front door. Good boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming , hiking, bird watching (with a eagle nest across the river). December through February, it is best if you come with 4 wheel drive. Having said that , we keep the road plowed and the hill sanded.

This cottage has all you could dream about for relaxation. Meet the highland cows & other farm animals, A Hot Tub, Large Pond, Trails to walk, Private places to sit and enjoy. Please note that our property is an adult-only retreat designed for relaxation and rejuvenation. Guests must be 21 years or older to book and stay, and we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 21. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain a peaceful and restful environment for all our guests.

Come enjoy our cozy lake house in the safe, beautiful gated community of Treasure Lake! New Providence Beach is a 5-minute walk away, with a pavilion, playground, volleyball, and a snack shack. Enjoy two restaurants, a seasonal pool accessible Mon-Thurs, and two 18-hole golf courses. Home is well stocked with all essentials and has gigabit internet. *Please note, Treasure Lake just finished a dredging project. Guests will be able to access Bimini Beach Mon-Thurs while Treasure Lake refills.

Welcome to my fabulous brand new Amish made cabin in the woods of the Allegheny Mts. alongside the river. Rest and hide from life's problems in fresh air and sunshine. Canoe and kayak rentals available nearby or bring your own and take them out on my riverfront property. Walk or ride your bike on the rails to trails 3 mile walkway to Foxburg or go much further on other trails in Emlenton. Explore my 39 acres of woods with deer, fox, wild turkeys, bear, etc. Explore the four old logging paths.

Come relax in our beautiful riverfront home conveniently located within 10 minutes of downtown Warren. We have created a private two-story, two bedroom retreat within the main home, separate entrance and amenities included. Take in the beautiful views of 2024's River of the Year & The Allegheny National Forest while enjoying your morning cup of coffee on our private dock. Hop on a bike or take a scenic stroll along the river and finish the evening cozied up by the fire under the night sky.

River View Getaway

This spacious home offers a peaceful getaway on the outskirts of town with a birds eye view of the Allegheny River. You will find easy access to many water activities and just a stone throw away is a public boat launch and dock. Allowing you and other guests to take a quiet stroll to see the white swans along the river. The home is only a short drive to the heart of the city and Allegheny National Forest where you can find outdoor activities and trails as well as many delicious restaurants.

Clarion River Timberframe Cabin

The cabin is located on 650 acres of privately owned forest accessing the Clarion River and the North Country Hiking Trail, minutes from downtown, Clarion. Take a few steps out the door and trek the North Country Trail along gentle pathways or exert a little more energy to see the Scenic Loops. Next, cool down on your dock on the Clarion River Lake. Swim, fish ,kayak, boat or just relax in the sun. Finish the day dining on he River Overlook deck, the campfire, or a fine local restaurant.

Cabin Escape has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The home sits on 9 private acres with 2 fire rings, a private pond, and 2 porches. The basement has a bar area with a second living room and an additional fridge. There is one pack and play and one highchair. The driveway is now paved and great for kids to ride bikes. Bring your water toys to enjoy the pond or nearby Susquehanna river or Parker Dam State Park beach area. Elk viewing is nearby in Benezette 39 miles but a gorgeous scenic drive.

This spacious retreat includes a high-end, fully stocked kitchen on the main level, a second kitchen downstairs, large bedrooms, a family room, and a sunroom overlooking the lake. Enjoy 3 kayaks, life jackets, and fishing poles, ideal for fishing, swimming, kayaking, or relaxing in the hot tub. In the evenings, gather around the lakeside firepit to roast s’mores and unwind by the water!

There is a dock for those who want to be right on the river.
