Nestled into the Blue Ridge mountains, practically walking distance from Bear Chase Brewery, Twin Oaks Tavern Winery & The Applachian Trail, our home offers you poolside views of our garden, hottub views of the stars, backyard views of our free range chickens & front yard views of our two horses as well as onsite massage therapy, cats & dogs. While being tucked away, we are still just 10minutes from Purcellville or Berryville & 30minutes from Leesburg, Middleburg, Winchester or Harper's Ferry.

With no steps at the entrance, it's designed for easy access. You'll reach The Vue via a well-maintained gravel road. 4WD or AWD is recommended from November to April, though 2WD is usually fine the rest of the year. Parking Max 4 vehicles

Overlooks the Shenandoah River from a ridge on 18 acres, a view with Blue Ridge mountains. In the middle of historic horse and wine country not far from Upperville/Middleburg, 150 boxwoods on the property dating back to 1920s..there is also a pool. Quiet and private, near lots of old towns, historic sites, antique stores, with much to see and do There is a main house and a smaller guest house rented as one, but if don't need guest house can adjust price down. Pets are allowed with pet fee

Red Gate Farm is a full-service, upscale equestrian farm, containing the Cottage, original farm house and 50 horses & ponies. Convenient to Middleburg and Purcellville, you are surrounded by mountains, wineries, breweries, and hiking, with horses right at your doorstep. All in the beautiful town of Bluemont.

Quaint and cozy studio apartment nestled on a quiet country lane just outside of Charles Town. Relax with a glass of wine on the private deck, enjoy a s'more at your personal fire pit or cool off in the built-in swimming pool. Keep an eye out for the deer that come to graze early morning and evening on the 3 acre property. Close to all area attractions without all the crowds. The loft apartment is in a separate building from our home, above my stained glass shop.
