Welcome to our charming newly renovated home located in Wilmington, Ohio. This house was built by my husband's grandfather in 1954 and has been in our family ever since. This spacious interior is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We are located 2 miles from the World Equestrian Center, 3 miles from Lake Cowan, 2.3 miles from Majestic Springs Golf Course, 6.5 miles from Wilmington Air Park, and 7 miles from Robert's Center. This house has a new HVAC system.

Located 1/2 mile from the World Equestrian Center and 3 miles from Wilmington with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Situated on a small horse farm with beautiful pastures and lots of horses to look at. You will have complete privacy. Take a walk down the quiet road, or sit on the front porch and just enjoy. We are centrally located between Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus. The cottage is completely remodeled with new kitchen & furniture. Come and enjoy the cozy comforts of home!

Franklin House - quiet country getaway

Completely restored 150 year old farmhouse located in the middle of 112 rolling acres of farmland. Beautiful views every direction. Original hand hewn beams, gas fireplace, new kitchen and bath. A massive stone fireplace makes relaxing in the winter cozy. Enjoy your morning coffee along with a beautiful view of Ohio farmland from the screened-in porch. Jump into the outdoor shower or hot tub after a day of hiking or shopping in nearby Yellow Springs. Centrally located, the Cabin is just 20 minutes from Dayton and 50 minutes from Columbus.

Seeking an escape for some peace and quiet? Welcome to The Little Cabin retreat, located on our 50-acre family farm in Ross, Ohio! Let us take you away from the distractions of life to a place where you can soak up nature in a cozy cabin, all within 30 minutes of downtown Cincinnati. You may fish in the lake if you'd like, or take a ride in the paddle boat, or simply enjoy sitting on the porch listening to the birds. Chances are, you may spot wild turkey or whitetail deer scampering by.
