The Private Guest House is set on our property which is located on a corner (1.5 acre lot) close to the east side of Evansville. The convenient large circle drive makes it easy to enter and exit. The east side of Evansville offers Malls, Shopping, Restaurants, Bars, Entertainment, Gyms, Starbucks, and Theaters. The property is located only 10 minutes from Downtown and the Ford Center due to close proximity to Lloyd Expressway. Check out the Casino and Riverfront if you’re in the Downtown Area!

Crouse’s North Ninety Lake House

If you want a place where you can be socially distanced, this is the place! (discounts for weekly or monthly stays.) The cabin is set in a 90 acre area surrounded by woods with two small lakes (fishing, walking trails and paddle boating available at no extra charge). There is only one other cabin on the 90 acres. Nearest town, Dixon (3 miles), Madisonville (20 miles, Henderson 21 miles), Evansville, IN (has a regional airport about 35 miles). Truly a relaxing getaway place.

Treehouse with HOT TUB!(Lake Malone)

Prepare to be taken to new heights as you enjoy this beautiful, private treehouse located on Lake Malone. It features an absolutely stunning view of the lake through an 8x14 glass door that opens up to allow the cool lake breezes to waft your cares away as you relax in the recliner. It also features a hot tub, large deck, full kitchen, Jacuzzi tub, rainfall shower, beautiful woodwork, two complimentary kayaks, and many other unique features that will make your stay unforgettable.

Being Conveniently located just 9 miles from the heart of Grand Rivers means that local favorites such as Kentucky Lake, Lake Barkley, LBL, Patti’s, and The Cabin Pizza are only a short drive away. Two bedroom, one bath, washer/dryer, kitchen and an airy 38 x 10 front porch. Sit on the swing and enjoy the country air.

My Old Kentucky Home Log Cabin Private Retreat

Go back in time for awhile! Enjoy this vintage 3 bedroom cabin with the old thyme feel but with the modern conveniences needed. Private, quiet, cozy and relaxing, it makes the perfect family getaway. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front deck and hot chocolate by the fireside. Take a walk around the property and have a hamburger fry/ hot dog roast by a lively fire. Enjoy a week renewing your family connections, romantic getaway or simply have a grand time with your friends!

Seclusion with the Lake a step away....

It is one bedroom apartment in the basement of our home, with no cleaning fee because we want you to treat it as you would your home. There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.

The Farm

Secluded modern farm house, that began as a log cabin, situated on approximately 100 acres of crop fields and includes a scenic lake. This property has been in our family for over 100 years. It has been lovingly furnished and decorated for a one of a kind stay. We want our guests to unplug, refresh, and renew.

Home sits in the middle of 120 acres of farmland now held in the Conservation Reserve Program which promotes wildlife habitat in beautiful Western Kentucky.
