Located in the beautiful Thousand Islands and a 3 minute drive downtown Gananouqe and a 20 minute drive to downtown Kingston, you are fully surrounded by the beautiful St Lawrence River. This cottage is perfectly located for you and your friends and family to enjoy. With its extra large windows this luxury but homey cottage was designed for star gazing and watching the sunset from the comfort off the living room or its beautiful 10 foot kitchen island.

Smugglers Getaway on the St. Lawrence River

Enjoy your privacy in this waterfront cabin in the historic Smugglers Cove on the St. Lawrence River in the heart of the 1000 Islands. You'll have use of the entire cabin with fantastic River views from your own patio. Conveniently located off of the 1000 Islands Parkway, one of the most beautiful scenic drives in North America, guests may enjoy walking, hiking and cycling the paved and scenic 37 km Waterfront Trail. You're welcome to arrive by boat or car; private entrance to your cabin.

The Boathouse

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. End your incredible day fishing off the dock with s’mores at the fire pit. Hunters and fishermen welcome. Plenty of parking so bring your motorized toys! See you soon!

Grindstone Island Cottage in Private Bay

Come relax in Buck Bay. Our family cottage is situated right on the water in a private, peaceful bay with beautiful views. We are accessible only by private boat or water taxi, about 4 miles from Clayton, NY & Gananoque, Ontario. The house is perfect for 4 adults and 2-4 children or young adults. Recently updated furniture & linens, washer, dryer and more! The boathouse has about 4-8 feet of water depth and room for 2 boats. There is a swim float 30’ from shore. @buckbay.stay

1000 Islands Home Steps from River and ABM

Location is ideal for Weddings and Docking in French Bay - Across the street from French Bay Marina with sunset views. Walk 100 yds to the Antique Boat Museum or grab a pizza and beer at the Wood Boat Brewery. Having a wedding in Clayton this summer - this home would serve as the perfect spot for family and guests. Great for launching at Mary Street Boat ramp and they have docking spaces there to rent. We having parking for up to 2 boats and trailers behind our house.

Central location- footsteps away to water access Walking distance to River golf and Clayton distillery 5 min drive to Clayton, 10 minutes to Alex Bay, both have several excellent restaurants and water views as well as gift shops. Several boat rental/ free launch options near by Spacious home with plenty of sleeping, outdoor seating, and yard for games and activities. New for 2026 More floors have been redone, all new lights throughout the place and EV charging!

French Creek Cottage - River view w/ deck & dock.

Recently remodeled, located on the beautiful St. Lawrence River this year round home is located within the village of Clayton at French Creek Marina, a destination for anglers and vacationers alike. A cozy 4 bedroom, 1 bath home, has a kitchen, dining area, living room, outdoor picnic area and deck which allows you to enjoy an excellent river view. Marina access, nearby laundromat, includes dock, boat ramp access and WiFi.

Unwind in the beautiful village of chaumont with stunning views of sawmill bay. This lakefront property boasts a brand new dock which you can tie a boat to and a peaceful atmosphere making it the perfect place to sit with family and friends to watch the boats come in and out of the marina, hit up amazing local eateries, and enjoy the peacefulness of sawmill bay.
