River Hideaway

Knotty pine nearly throughout, whirlpool bathtub, granite countertop, new appliances, washer/dryer. Cookware & dinnerware provided. Outdoor gas grill (& older charcoal) and fire bowl (bring own firewood). WiFi not available & cell service is marginal. There is a queen sz bed downstairs, & a sofa bed (w/sm defect), the loft has a futon that flattens into small double bed, and there are 2 twin beds. No large, loud parties that go on into the night as there are neighbors, including the owners.

Our Studio

Welcome to Big Lake/Monticello! Our one bedroom studio is fully equipped for your stay. Private screen porch, separate, private entrance, full kitchen and bath. Ample parking. We provide a few light breakfast items such as coffee, juice, milk, muffins, bagels, and fruit. We will re-supply coffee, tea, bottled water. After one week, paper products are your responsibility *note: Minnesota weather is unpredictable. No guarantee porch is “open”until May 1.

Sanders Lodge @Three Acre Woods

You can sleep well after a long day of snowmobiling, hunting, fishing or sight seeing at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Sit around the campfire in the evening and relax. This has a queen bed, twin trundle bed and comfy couch for sleeping. In the kitchenette there is a full size fridge, a two burner stove, microwave, coffee pot, blender and a toaster/pizza/convection oven.

Spectacular lake home on Locke Lake! Enjoy the lake views from all rooms and open floor plan. Relax on the sandy beach, dock, pedal boat, kayak or paddle boards. 133 acre lake (49' deep). Forty five minute commute from the Twin Cities. MAXIMUM 14 GUESTS on the property at all times. MAXIMUM 8 CARS (enforced by our property manager, the lake association and local neighbors).
