We are located 10 minutes from Black Moshannon State Park, and only 25 minutes from Penn State Beaver Stadium. Guests are provided with breakfast items for the duration of their stay.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Our Tiny Aframe with bathhouse has everything you need to comfortably spend that amazing night with your significant other. The 12’ x 16’ Aframe has a very cozy, floating style queen bed. Also has a small kitchen area with microwave, stove top, mini fridge and freezer as well as a full set of kitchen supplies. All this is only a short walk (100 yds) from our private lake were you can enjoy kayaking, fishing and/or watching the sunsets.

The 2 bedrooms offer privacy and the comfort of king beds in addition to a sofa bed and futon in the living room for additional guests. This is an incredibly private, remote country setting. The property is a clean, furnished house with small front and a large back porch and a view of 3 mowed acres. Home is situated on 5 acres surrounded by mature forest. It's a beautiful and peaceful place with hiking and wildlife at your fingertips. Fifteen to 35 minute country drives will take you to local spots for food, wineries, shopping and fishing. We're near Punxsutawney, Pa. and also near many Amish communities. All are welcome!

Enjoy your visit in the cheery and bright basement of my home where you have a private entrance, separate parking, full kitchen area, (just bought new stove/oven) access to a quiet patio area that has been newly added, gas grill available and lots of greenery and woods in the backyard. I am one mile to the beautiful town area where you can enjoy our riverwalk, access restaurants, shopping is convenient as well. If your a Penn State fan I am 46 minutes away ( 41 miles). Thanks Sher

Windows to the Past Guest House

We are close to Penn State. You’ll love my place because of its Victorian age ( 1880). Windows to the Past Guest House is suitable for business travelers, families (with kids over age 6), and big groups. The 1880 house was named for the variety of 19th Century style windows it contains. The most prominent owner of the property was John B. Ibberson local drug store proprietor. In the 1950's he decided to create for his son a 3rd floor that was the prototype "Man's Cave!
