Launching facilities and swimming are also available just a 1/4 mile away at the Narrows State Park. Heber Springs is just 30 minutes East. Enjoy the spacious yard perfect for outdoor activities or just relax on the large deck while enjoying the peaceful secluded surroundings. There is TV, DVD player with movies but NO CABLE. Lakefront home is nestled in a tranquil cove on the Tannenbaum Peninsula. With 4 bedrooms (+ Loft) and 3 baths, a total of 13 people can comfortably stay. Bring your boat! A neighborhood boat ramp is 2 mins away. Tannenbaum Golf Course, a top 5 course in Arkansas, is 3 mins away. Or, take a dip in Greers Ferry Lake, play some foosball or hit a ping pong ball. The loft has a daybed with two twin mattresses and a queen sofa bed. Two single kayaks are provided. Enjoy the FAST WiFi. No parties.
