The Elkhart A-Frame is an ideal location for the adventure seeker who wants a unique and private experience that is still close to all the action. The home sits on a wooded three-acre private retreat only about a mile from the village of Elkhart Lake, Road America, and Golf Courses. This unique cabin was built in the 1970's but has been recently renovated with a fun Scandinavian modern flair. Welcome to ''Shoreline Serenity''! 200 ft of Lake Michigan frontage w/unobstructed views that go on for miles and tucked away on a 2-acre lot offering peace & privacy. Inside the home, you will be drawn to the beautiful views through the full wall of east facing windows & patio doors. The interior is cozy, clean, and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen w/coffee bar. Main level has (2) bedrooms including the primary bedroom w/fantastic views. The spacious upper level loft has a king & twin bed.

Not set up for babies or toddlers. Entire basement is for rent with a separate entrance. Kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, keurig coffee maker, toaster, sink, dining table and chairs. NO STOVE OR OVEN IS AVAILABLE. Free Wifi and Cable TV. Air conditioning. Plenty of parking, keyless entry. 14 min to Road America, 13 min to Kohler, 9 min to Whistling Straits, 5 min to Lakeland University, 1 hr to Milwaukee, 1 hr to Green Bay. Lots of nice amenities, clean, spacious. No cleaning fee.

Get out and enjoy nature, then return to a quiet mix of modern and retro in this family home only a block away from Lake Michigan. There are three parks and two beaches within a mile, as well as Terry Andrae State Park about 10 minutes away. If the outdoors aren't your thing, downtown Sheboygan hosts the Kohler Art Center, The Weil Center, Blue Harbor, and the Children's Museum, with Road America only 30 minutes away. Located between Milwaukee and Green Bay, this home has all the conveniences.

Neighborhood home in Manitowoc

Guests must check-in in person. 4 bedroom ranch home with deck and backyard in a pleasant neighborhood with sidewalks. 3 full bathrooms, one with an oversized jacuzzi tub. Large entertaining areas both on the main floor and the fully finished basement with wet bar, wine cellar and waterfall feature. There’s two fireplaces and an outdoor fire pit. This house is not suitable for children between the ages of 2 and 12. No internet. Easy access to I-43 approximately 25 miles to Green Bay or Kohler.

We began caring for this home and property in 2018, and this 1870's home needed some love. We have been steadily remodeling since we moved in and it's starting to feel pretty great. We're excited to share it and the neighborhood with you. We are two blocks west of North Beach/Deland Park, 4 blocks to the river front boardwalk, home to many restaurants, cafe's, and shops. We are also four quick blocks to downtown which hosts many more restaurants, shops, museums and parks.
