I live only 3km's away for any emergencies and guests are always welcome to text or phone me with any questions during their stay. The building is an easy stroll to the V&A Waterfront shopping complex with loads of great restaurants. It’s a sort drive to the Sea Point promenade and popular Bree, Loop, Long, and Kloof streets with their boutiques, restaurants, and bars. The Marina residential estate is a very exclusive and secure complex.
