It’s a quiet, comfortable retreat with easy access to everything YS has to offer. Plus, a pool (open ~May-Oct) and year-round hot tub!

This cozy, spacious, second story studio apartment resides in the heart of downtown Cedarville, Ohio. Its many windows provide calming natural light, and its open floor plan makes it amenable for both romantic weekend getaways and family gatherings. This apartment is within walking distance of both Cedarville University (0.25 miles) and the Cedarville business district (0.5 miles). The apartment features a small kitchenette and comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 5 people.

The Antioch Gate-country house near Yellow Springs

Set on three acres, the house is located at the third highest point in Greene County. It has a large yard (great for dogs), covered front porch, and large sunroom (great for gatherings, or just to watch the sunrise). Good place for mobility-limited guests: there is a ramp from the parking area to the front porch, and the full bath is on the first floor. Sleeps 8 people WITH the use of an air mattress that is provided. A smart TV in the living room and another smart TV in one bedroom with a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen, and high speed Wi-Fi. NO parties or rehearsal dinners. We know that there is a wedding venue in the vicinity and ask that all parties remain at the venue.
