Also family friendly with hidden kids play area off the living room, and large, lush yard with swing set and fire pit. Three TVs. Cable and high-speed Internet included. Owners occupy top floor, guests have access to entire bottom floor and private patio. Non-smoking / non-vaping property (indoors or outdoors).

A super bright and super clean independent suite on 1st floor of the host's house, ideal for a short and comfort stay of 2 guests with a spacious living room, a quiet bed room, a modern full bathroom (no kitchen) and dedicated entrance/parking spot(s). With the sofa bed in the living room, it can accommodate up to 4 guests. A 120-inch projector is equipped with Bell TV channels and Crave for entertainment. There is no kitchen but a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle are available.
