Our cabin is a studio with a hot tub & all the amenities. A queen bed, linens, towels, small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, single burner cook plate, dishes, utensils, glassware, pots & pans, toaster & coffee maker. Roku Tv & dvd player with movies. The cabin's bathroom is simular to a cruise ship, you step up into your shower. There is also an private outdoor shower. There is a fire pit with an attached grill & hibachi. We have a garden area & privacy fence between our home & the cabin.

The cabin is tucked in the woods with private & exclusive access AuSable river. A spiral staircase leads to a sleeping loft with comfy king bed & sitting area. Downstairs has double futon sofa, bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower, full kitchen & washer dryer. The space is open with hand-made cabinets, countertops & lots of wood. Outside picnic table, charcoal grill & two fire pits. About 15 minutes to Whiteface and 35 minutes to Lake Placid. Shopping, bars & restaurants nearby.

Hikers Base Camp Cabin

Newly renovated building on 52 private acres with nice walking trails. Overlooks small trout stream and active beaver pond. Located at the Northeastern entrance to the Adirondack Park, we are conveniently placed to begin an ADK adventure. We are familiar with most of the trailheads and are on site to help in any way we can. We do not allow campfires on the property because of the high fire risk.
