Experience the charm of camping right in the front yard with this one-of-a-kind tiny home on wheels! Recently built, it features high ceilings, a full-size kitchen, a spacious shower, washer and dryer, a king-size bed, a full-size pullout sofa, and a dining table giving you the comfort and feel of a much larger home. Stay cool with summer AC or unwind by the outdoor fireplace for a cozy evening. Spend your days exploring endless recreational activities, China Lake is just 3 minutes away.

Hillside Retreat

Relax and unwind at this peaceful place to stay. This cozy, cabin-themed 2 bedroom home sits on 55 acres of private land less than 30 minutes from the Maine coast. Enjoy viewing wildlife from the large windows while enjoying the warmth of the wood stove or exploring the half-mile mowed trail with hill views. This is a comfortable and centrally located property perfect for those that plan to enjoy both the ocean and central highlands of Maine. Hoping for a restful escape...here it is!

Woodland Getaway

If you are looking for solitude, you found it here. Just an hour south of Bangor, 45 minutes for Belfast on the coast, 20 minutes from Waterville. Your cabin is central to some of the best destinations Maine has to offer. If you are in town for the fishing, Unity pond is 10 minutes away. Your cabin has a full bath, and sleeps up to 6 in its two private bedrooms and open loft. The kitchen offers a refrigerator, stove, microwave, a Keurig coffee maker and an electric tea kettle.

The Cabin -Skowhegan

Main floor has living area, kitchen and dining area, 1 queen bed, with a daybed and trundler. Loft has 2 twin beds. The couch could be used as a bed, full bathroom. Has no kitchen sink but has a kitchen area with microwave, large air fry oven, fridge/freezer, toaster and coffee maker, iron/board. Also has TV, DVD/Blue ray player, Gas BBQ (May to November 1st.), as well as a picnic table, out door fire pit. For guest who are traveling by plane, towels are provided, upon request.

Waterside Getaway

Come getaway at our waterfront house located in Hartland Maine. This is a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the peaceful water while relaxing and having fun with your friends and family . A 30 min drive to downtown Waterville where you can find shopping and dining places for the whole family . Enjoy fishing , swimming and more right outside your door . The house also has a boat launch and dock for your boat if you choose to bring one. We hope you enjoy staying at our home.

Work, play, & relax at Brook Ridge Retreat! Come visit your Colby or Thomas College student and have the comforts of home. Do some grilling or cook up a favorite meal in the full kitchen. Remotely connect to work or school at our custom-made desk and dedicated office area with wireless printer and available computer monitor. Splash in the brook or in the basin, and sit under the waterfalls. WiFi, firepit, Keurig or french press, electric fireplace, large decks, & big yard.

Halcyon Ridge

Halcyon Ridge is owned by Lynn & Chuck Hadyniak, who live nearby. Lynn & Chuck moved out of New Jersey years ago to get away from the hustle & bustle, & raise a family in peace. They love Freedom for its quiet & natural beauty, & would love to host people at Halcyon Ridge who also want to escape the noise. Stargazers will be delighted: low humidity, expansive view of the southeastern sky, & next to no light pollution, make for wonderful viewing. Rest. Relax. Recharge.

Secluded Retreat w/ Luxe Hot Tub & Forest Views

Tucked near the woods of Maine, this peaceful cabin offers the perfect escape. Soak in the private hot tub under the stars, curl up by the electric woodstove, or work remotely with fast Wi-Fi and forest views. The cabin features a comfy king bed, full kitchen, clean modern bath, and self check-in. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunroom or take a short drive to explore Belfast and the coast. Quiet, cozy, and surrounded by nature—ideal for rest, romance, or reflection.

Modern Home on Working Farm

Modern duplex built recently across the street from a small berry and vegetable farm. This fully furnished home has a large deck with a great view. It is located 2.5 miles from Freedom village and the Lost Kitchen restaurant. It is also 8 miles from Unity College, and the Common Ground Fair fairgrounds. This single story building has a ramp, but it is slightly steeper then current standards. The inside is also laid out for wheelchair access.

SNOW SWEET, A Yurt for All Seasons

Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.

Artist’s Loft

Welcome to the artist’s loft! Our thoughtfully designed apartment boasts original works from a local artist, providing a serene escape just minutes from I95. Ascend the spiral staircase to discover a cozy bedroom complete with a work space and reading nook. Hidden up a trap door on the third level are two twin beds for the nimble. A full, private deck complete with a small fire pit is available in the warmer months. Your getaway awaits!
