I watched way too many shows of Tiny Luxury Homes and set out to create my own! Here you will find custom built in cabinetry, new flooring, exposed wooden beams, built in full size bed, a sparkling fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, gas stove and washer and dryer. My tiny space is not a stand alone building. It’s a converted apartment with the idea of turning dreary into stunning. Water views and two minutes to the bus stop. Walking distance to town. Smart car rental available.

The apartment is a first floor unit of a family home, with a private entrance. It does not have stairs, inside or outside. There is a small step into the bathtub. Off street parking. City Park- 1/2 mile Creek Street- 1 mile Recreation Center/Bus Stop- 0.2 miles Bar Harbor Boat Launch- 2 miles

Upstairs unit near Downtown! (Ask for Rental Car)

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Just a minutes walk or drive from downtown Ketchikan. Located directly across the street from Rec Center and skate park. This top floor unit is a fully furnished 2 bedroom 1 bath with all appliances included in your stay. Cheerful 4 bedroom home in great central location

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Rainbird trailhead is 2 blocks up the street. Downtown is just a few miles away. The high school is across the street and perfect for sport teams coming to town. Each room is equipped with very comfortable beds to make your stay pleasant.
