Your elegant retreat in the heart of ATL...we are literally steps from Piedmont Park/Beltline/Midtown. Private entrance, off-street parking and kitchenette. Nearby night-life if you want it, yet quiet enough for a relaxing get-away. Within a 5-minute walk to Starbucks, Trader Joe's, Breweries, Restaurants, Art Museums, Cinema and more. Stroll down the Beltline to Ponce City Market or a little further to Krog Street Market. We love hosting and look forward to sharing ATL with you! Follow (EMAIL HIDDEN) (1) off-street parking space is available for guests. Additional parking at daily rate (subject to availability). There is also street parking and a nearby overnight parking lot. Guests access the private suite door in the rear of our residence with a 4-digit code provided at check-in. There are 2 Relay Bike Share stations within a 5 minute walk inside Piedmont Park. The closest subway station is MARTA Midtown near Peachtree/10th Street followed by MARTA Arts Center near Peachtree/15th Street. We will meet you at the end of the driveway and give you the door code. Cheers! Your stay includes a queen sized bed and a queen sized pull out sofa bed, each comfortably dressed to ensure a good night’s sleep. An open-air kitchen with high-end appliances are sure to encourage whipping up a tasty meal or pouring yourself a drink. As you step outside onto the back deck, feel free to grill or simply sit and relax as you look upon the Atlanta skyline and enjoy the weather. Free WiFi, an electric fireplace, 3 flat screen televisions with Xfinity, Netflix, Hulu and more, along with an in-unit washer and dryer make it difficult to leave and easy to stay a bit longer. Guests have access to the entire bungalow. Carlos/Sandy are accessible via phone and text messages and will respond quickly to guest questions. The home is in downtown Atlanta, close to major attractions and is conveniently located within a 10 minute walk of the Mercedes Benz Stadium and Georgia World Congress Center.
