Walk outside and you are steps away from many of Vancouver's hot spots; the Sea Wall, False Creek, Roger's Arena, ChinaTown, GasTown, YaleTown, Parq Casino are all within walking distance! With plenty of retail shops, coffee spots, restaurants and bars nearby so you have plenty of options to treat yourself.

Half of the bedroom closet is not accessible as I still live here but I have emptied half of the closet and is available for guests. Bonus there is a 1908 players piano and in-suite available AC! Amenities are available based on building maintenance.
