Stunning Lake front home with some of the best views in all of Coeur D'Alene!! Three separate living areas and over 200 feet of private lake front and a private dock! The house is over 4000 sqft and there is a Gazebo over looking the water which has a full cooking area and seating for 20+. The house has been featured in numerous magazines for its unique architecture and amazing location on the lake. The living room and main living areas have 16 foot glass windows so the views are spectacular!!

Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing excavation from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during working hours.
