'Biddy's Beach House' is moments from the beach in the heart of Sawtell. This luxurious, 3 bedroom beach house is a 2 minute walk to both the beach and Sawtell's main street, featuring cafe's, restaurants, boutique shops and cinema, bars and bakeries. Enjoy spacious, open planned-living. Lounge on the balcony with a coffee or champagne (depending on the time of day) and listen to the ocean. Sawtell is perfect for families with the beach and Boambee reserve providing hours of entertainment.

Our family home is empty and we would love to share the rooms with guests.Our home is only 4 kms away from the international stadium if you are coming for a sporting event. We have a queen with airconditioning and a twin room with 1 king single and 1 single available. There is a guest bathroom with separate toilet. Netflix is available along with fast wifi.
