Come have fun at The Coastal Cottage. This newly updated home is only a minute walk to your private beach and is the main floor of the home. Enter into the comfortable living room, with coastal boho vibes and a large sectional couch. One bedroom has a Queen bed, the other has a full and twin bunk bed and a crib. Enjoy the large kitchen with large dining table, breakfast nook and massive granite island. Enjoy grilling, the outdoor shower, or hang in the courtyard to relax with family and friends.

Cozy Private Studio Unit w/ Laundry and Parking!

Almost every guest describes my place as cozy, which was the feeling I was going for when I designed the space! You'll love this good sized 300 sq. ft PRIVATE 1 bedroom studio. This unit has its own entrance w/ punch code door, full bathroom, large walk-in closet, mini fridge, freezer and microwave. It has one parking spot in the driveway and a washer /dryer. The backyard is shared but the unit has a private patio. Rental is attached to a single family home. (Please note: No full kitchen)

My place is a beautiful new house located in the Hip neighborhood of Davis Sq in Somerville. Conveniently on the bike bath leading to Davis Sq with its T stop and all its great restaurants and bars (15 min walk). 2 Mins walk to the new Green line extension that takes you to Cambridge and Boston.
