Renovated and fully equipped 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet residential area of Setúbal. We have AC in the living room/kitchen (unique space) and in the bedroom. The windows (double glazed) are new, allowing for heat/cold and noise insulation. The kitchen is new: refurbished in December 2023. Close to Supermarket, McDonalds, pastry shops and restaurants. This comfortable, bohemian loft is fully equipped, with excellent wifi. It is right in the center of the city, a few minutes walking from the metro station and nightlife.
