Pinewood Nest

Welcome to Pinewood nest! This spacious studio is located on 5 forested tranquil acres just minutes away from the hiking, cross country skiing, and sledding at Pine Street Woods. Situated in a historic Sandpoint home, the lodge is 10 min from downtown Sandpoint and 20 min to Schweitzer. It features vaulted ceilings with windows and patio doors that look out on trees, fields and mountains. A queen bed sleeps two and the sofa converts to a full bed making this ideal for a couple or small family.

Birch Tree Studio-A Relaxing Retreat

Clean and bright modern studio...this is a perfect way to escape the busyness of life and experience a refreshing retreat. You won't find a TV here (don't worry...there is WiFi) but when you aren't relaxing by the fireplace, there are great places to explore around the area...Schweitzer Mountain Resort is just a 30-minute drive and you'll find lots of great restaurants downtown...many of them with live music. Our studio is designed for two, but a third guest can be accommodated upon request.

Riverfront Cabin Retreat with Hot-Tub!

Welcome to our Cozy Cabin Retreat just 19 minutes north of Sandpoint. 4 acres of mature cedar trees and the crystal clear pack river. Perfect for couples or large groups, our property features an additional dry lodging cabin you can add to your booking based on your party’s needs. We don’t double book, so when you book, the whole property is yours to enjoy! The river is a great for swimming in July/August. Before this date, it’s too deep. The Little Gem

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Walk to Historic downtown Sandpoint and city beach. Enjoy a backyard bonfire in the summer or drive the 9 mile stretch to ski Schweitzer mountain in the winter. This is a cozy space with all the amenities you will need. 5 min walk to restaurants, city beach, boat and kayak rentals. Sandpoint offers coffee houses and amazing shopping . The little Gem will fit 2 adults and a child comfortably. But there is only a Queen bed and a comfy chair.

Quiet house in the woods, full kitchen, garage

Carriage house on 20 heavily-forested acres surrounded by trees, deer, turkeys, and other wildlife brought in by a seasonal creek nearby. No neighbors in sight - very quiet! Small yard, patio with a grill, at least one garage parking space available and plenty of additional parking on a concrete pad as well as space for parking or turning a boat or camper. Full kitchen with gas stove and oven. We are 15 minutes north of Sandpoint; 30 minutes to Schweitzer; 45 minutes to Silverwood.

Our cozy condo is located in downtown Sandpoint's Condo del Sol nestled on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille. We are walking distance from all the wonder this beautiful mountain town has to offer. Explore the city beach, unique shops, breweries and eateries just minutes away. For our "get outside" guests, you can access the lake and biking/walking paths right outside the door or a short 13 mile drive to explore the beauty of our destination ski area- Schweitzer Mountain Resort.

You will be staying in our Guest 14ft Yurt located on 13 acres of birch groves. Our location is about 20 minutes to the base of Schweitzer and town. The Guest Yurt comes complete with queen bed, two burner stove, small fridge, desk, and wood fire. Bring your slippers! Winter time conditions could require 4 wheel drive or AWD when the snow is present.
