Finished concrete flooring. The many windows allow for beautiful natural light. Central air and heat as well as a fireplace. Fiber optic WiFi along with flat screen TVs equipped with Netflix and other apps. Spacious kitchen equipped with double sink and dishwasher. Ice maker in freezer with space to store your items.

Kick back and relax in this thoughtfully furnished and designed cabin near Lake Livingston (2nd largest lake in TX)! Come here to picnic or take a canoe (available to rent) out into the lake! You can also fish here all year round! Community pool/gym/dock/boat ramp/picnic area available within walking distance (~5 blocks away - Cabin is not on the water, see map). You'll love this cabin and lake! We live nearby and can answer any questions/share recommendations. We look forward to hosting you!

The Barn Studio

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this town and country destination. The cleverly constructed bungalow is tucked into the original tack room and feed room at one end of the 125 year old barn. Original wood walls and beams beautifully blend the old and the new. 75 private acres with wooded creek and bluff trails are highlights of this gem. Waterfront Group-friendly House on Livingston

We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.
