Ludy's Pension House is located at Bancal, Carles, Iloilo. 45.4 mi away from Roxas City Airport and 1-min walk to Bancal Port. Fitted with tiled flooring, air-conditioned and each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. The property is a two storey building with 8 rooms. The house is located 3 km outside Estancia. 10 minute walk to a resort with restaurant and pool. Ground floor have 3 rooms and kitchen, 2nd floor is occupied by the caretaker. 3rd floor have a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a 30 sqm balcony. 5 minute walk to the sea. A terrace on top of the house with seaview, overlooking Sicogon island with nice beaches. Interesting is also Gigantes islands with caves, beaches and a natural swimming-pool.
