Farm Stay - whole nipa hut with private small pool

This is situated in a remote area in Iloilo Province called Barotac Viejo, an hour and a half away from the city and 10-15 mins away from the main town area. Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. The area is full of activities that you can enjoy which includes a zipline, airsoft, archery, wall bridge and some obstacle course. The property is a two storey building with 12 rooms, (2 family rooms, 2 double rooms, 8 double deluxe rooms) 12 private toilet and bath. Free Wifi is featured throughout the area. Ludy's 2 also caters tours going to Isla Gigantes and it will be arranged at additional cost.

The house is located 3 km outside Estancia. 10 minute walk to a resort with restaurant and pool. Ground floor have 3 rooms and kitchen, 2nd floor is occupied by the caretaker. 3rd floor have a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a 30 sqm balcony. 5 minute walk to the sea. A terrace on top of the house with seaview, overlooking Sicogon island with nice beaches. Interesting is also Gigantes islands with caves, beaches and a natural swimming-pool.
