Our cozy home is newly constructed, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, tucked in a private clearing with direct access to the Kingdom Trail network and VAST snowmobiling trails, minutes from Burke Mountain, and a short drive to Lake Willoughby. Just up the road from the village of East Burke, we are close to nearby amenities yet in a quiet hillside surrounded by nature, the perfect location for a weekend getaway, whether you are biking, skiing, hiking or exploring the Northeast Kingdom.

Centrally located in the Pittsburg/Colebrook area, this home offers a wonderful basecamp for any activity you're traveling North for. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom pet friendly home located on an ATV trail. Fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, and large tvs with multiple streaming services available. Front porch is the perfect place to take your coffee or have a night cap while listening to Bishop Brook and taking in the sweet smell of balsam.

Northwoods cabin on Little Akers Pond

Charming cabin on Little Akers Pond. Room for the whole family or group of friends. Peaceful retreat close to hiking, snowmobile, and ATV trails, and a short drive to Sunday River and Mount Washington. Quiet community on a dirt road between Little Akers and Akers Ponds. Little Akers is no motorized vessels allowed, with swimming, kayaking, canoeing, SUPs, etc. Room for several vehicles. Open concept living area. Comfortable bedrooms and finished (unfurnished) basement. Deck and screen porch.

Comfortable Home, Hot Tub, Trails on 140 Acres

This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road. Minimum age to book: 22

Calling all outdoor enthusiasts and adventure seekers! Explore the beautiful North Country of New Hampshire from our conveniently located, renovated home in Berlin. Located 1.5 miles from Jericho Mountain State Park, it's the perfect base camp for your adventure. ATV/UTV right from the house, or trailer your snowmobiles right down the road. After your day of fun, head back to relax and unwind, play some games, prepare a meal, or sit by the fire pit and simply soak in the atmosphere.

Pitt Stop Inn- Trail access- late check out

The Pitt Stop Inn is a manufactured home located on a dead end road in the center of the historic village of Pittsburg. Minutes from Lake Francis, Back Lake and the Connecticut Lakes. Enjoy all the outdoor activities that Pittsburg has to offer from this central location. Deer and turkeys are often seen in the yard along with the occasional moose. We are UNABLE to host those guests wishing to access Pittsburg's ATV trail system. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The Kirby Hideaway

Close to restaurants, family activities, nightlife, and the beach. Gorgeous mountainous views, private space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business, families, and furry friends. It's electric car friendly plug on side of house. Fast internet starlink 443 mbps down load and 450 mbps up load. Security camera on the front of house facing the front door and down the driveway. Second security camera is facing the front of house and parking lot.

The Deck outside makes a perfect spot for morning coffee or lounging all day. 8 miles into town for anything you may require and close access to the Canadian Border, as well for a special international flavor
