Only 25 minutes away from Harrisburg & 45 minutes away from Hershey Park.

Hillside Haven includes a beautiful outdoor patio that is warm and welcoming. While located in central PA, this home is within driving distance to some of Pennsylvanias finest attractions. Along with the attractions Pennsylvania has to offer, this home is located in a small, quiet neighborhood - geared for rest and relaxation!

The Warm and Cozy Cottage is a small house with lots of charm! Located in a quiet neighborhood with a backyard for kids to play and gig speed internet, the cottage is perfect for working and relaxing! The cottage is a 10 minute drive from downtown State College/PSU campus and there is a bike path and playgrounds nearby. Our house is NOT a party house and is a strict NO SMOKING/NO VAPING PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.

This completely renovated, open floor plan consisting of 1,200 square feet, charming cottage provides a large living and sleeping area, children's bedroom and great amenities. The Barn sleeps five with 2 Queen Beds, Twin Sofa, and Double Futon. The Barn is centrally air conditioned and heated.
