This is a separate, private studio with private entrance attached to the main house, but on 2nd floor above garage. You are on a completely separate floor behind a locked door. Laundry rm. is a connecting, shared space. I live in the main house. We don’t cross paths unless you want to meet. Save $ with our FREE bikes & kayaks- launch in backyard! Pool is set to 88 F 🏝️ Upgraded beds, now have 2 queen Casper mattresses and 1 king Casper mattress. House is tiled throughout.
