Welcome to our River House! Used mostly by our family and friends, we're offering available dates to courteous families and others who will treat it like their own. Relaxation at its finest. This is off a very private and quiet dead end road tucked on the inside of Swan Bay. Watch the Swans over your morning coffee from the patio, launch those kayaks right from our front yard, or throw that fishing line in off the shared dock (shallow). 3 Br - Queen, 2 Queen Bunks, Queen master 2.5 Bath

You'll have use of the entire cabin with fantastic River views from your own patio. Conveniently located off of the 1000 Islands Parkway, one of the most beautiful scenic drives in North America, guests may enjoy walking, hiking and cycling the paved and scenic 37 km Waterfront Trail. You're welcome to arrive by boat or car; private entrance to your cabin.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 bath, (1 queen bed), (1 double bed), (1 twin bed) is located in the heart of the beautiful 1000 Islands. Located 5 minutes from the US border. This cottage/house has air conditioning/ furnace, wood stove, laundry, dishwasher, tv, wifi, propane bbq, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove-oven, refrigerator/freezer. A dock for your small boat or seadoo is also available. Canoe and life jackets provided.

Swan’s Nest

Swan’s Nest is nestled between the American narrows portion of the main channel of the St. Lawrence River and peaceful Swan Bay. This 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom home features a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling river stone gas fireplace as the focal point of the main floor, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and king master suite. Downstairs is a cozy sun room with a fireplace, and an Irish pub style bar room. To the rear, double decks overlook the wide lawn and waterfront access to Swan Bay.

-Message me for discounted May, April, October and November rates. This is our paradise at the end of a wooded road set on a private 3 acre peninsula with 850 feet of waterfront! It has 2 fire pits, rocky coves to watch the sunset, and 3 acres of flat land that allows children to run and explore. We are 12 minutes from Abay and Clayton. The fishing off the shore is amazing and instantly rewarding for little ones.. We also have 2 kayaks and 1 paddle board available for use.

Alex Bay,NY Main Channel Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Sit on the front porch and watch the main channel of the St. Lawrence River and enjoy this busy working river. Recently remodeled cottage, very quiet and close to everything. Located in the American Narrows between Swan Bay and Point Vivian. We do have a private dock available for an extra fee, water levels permitting.

This super cute cottage is located on the St. Lawrence River! We are in Spicer Bay which is halfway between Clayton and Fishers Landing, NY. You will have a view of Spicer Bay which is off the main channel. (Unfortunately, you can't see big ships going by).
