The property is located in a family friendly neighborhood with a private beach used only by the neighborhood residents and guests . The park area features a picnic area, full basketball court, playground equipment, fishing, beautiful views of Lake Erie and it's just one small block away for your enjoyment. Cute waterfront cottage. Completely updated summer 2021 with new flooring throughout, new kitchen, kitchen appliances. New bathroom (2021). Waterfront seating and propane fire pit. Views of Pipe Creek and the east bay of Sandusky Bay. Sleeps 7. Recently added 28’ dock for use (for 2023 season) Close to everything Sandusky and the surrounding areas have to offer.
