Appartamento a Riva del Garda

Simpatico spazio abitativo open space, dotato di angolo cucina, con tutte le attrezzature, lavastoviglie (con detersivo), microonde, bollitore. Zona soggiorno con divano e TV. E' presente un grande bagno con doccia e asciugacapelli. L'ospite troverà lenzuola (con cambio settimanale), asciugamani (con una sostituzione nel corso della settimana), tovaglie e tutto il necessario per l'igiene ambientale. Comodo parcheggio in area recintata privata adiacente alla abitazione e spazio per biciclette.

Il rustico la Terrazza offre due comode camere da letto una matrimoniale e una con letto singolo nella zona giorno c'è un divano. La cucina dispone di frigorifero e frizer nuovo lavastoviglie e forno cucina nuovi, vi è anche una stufa in ole, può essere utilizzata solo previa accordo con la proprietà, forniamo la legna a pagamento. Si forniscono coperte e cuscini ma bisogna che gli ospiti si portino copri piumini o copri trapunte e federe per i cuscini. Vi è parcheggio per auto e deposito bici.

Lakeview, new open space flat

5 minute drive from Riva del Garda and Arco, the apartment located in the quiet Cologna's historic center has been completely renovated and offers a large terrace overlooking the lake. New bathroom and kitchen, internet wifi. Please kindly note, the cleaning fee is now calculated separately in 45€, and together with the city national tax (of 1€ per day per person) will be collected at the check-in. In the coldest months, (October-April) the heating is extra and will be calculated in €8 a day.
