You will fall in love with the historic charm and comfortable accommodations of this meticulously restored 1871 train depot. Located in the Magic Capitol of the World, Colon is a small community in southwest Michigan. Walk to the quaint village of Colon and visit magic shops, enjoy the local theatre’s and dining. Bring your boat and enjoy one of the all sports lakes close by, or catch some fish for dinner. Kayaks and canoes can be put in at various spots along the St. Joe river.

Beautiful home on Palmer Lake in Colon

Home has been completely remodeled recently and in Colon, the Magic Capital of the World. Spacious bedrooms with great views of lake. Home has a huge deck facing the lake, great fun to gather with friends and watch the boats go by. This is an ideal location for visitors to Colon, walking distance to two of Colon's magic shops and any of the downtown restaurants. Located adjacent to the boat launch and park, you can bring your own boat and keep your trailer parked close by.

Cottages on Sand Lake - The Cozy Cottage

Cozy two bedroom cottage with a view. Deck right off living room to enjoy the view of the lake. Paddle boat, row boats, paddle boards and kayaks provided. Lake trampoline also. Sand Lake County Park located two blocks away to put your boat in. This is a classic Michigan inland lake, 102 acres, all sports with great fishing. The Cozy Cottage is one of five properties we rent out and is close to another cottage which are both located directly on the water.
