This cozy 1200 square foot, seven-room house not only has breathtaking views it also has enchanting and delightful surprises befitting of a fairytale. Climb 40 feet up onto the Observation Tower, where a telescope waits for you, ready to scan the night sky, and reveal the panorama of the heavens -- overlooking 500 acres of natural splendor right next door. Step into the hot, bubbling jets of the jacuzzi, or warm caress of the rain shower, and restore your spirits by soothing your muscles, melting away any residual tensions of the day. Get a restful sleep in one of our soft beds. In the morning, pad around on in-floor radiant heated floors (so cozy during winter-time.) Or enjoy your morning coffee on one of four outside decks. And don’t forget to solve the mystery of the Treehouse, that awaits your discovery within its wood beamed walls. This treehouse was custom designed by its architect with three dimensional chess in mind. Artisan architectural details are found throughout. Parking is a breeze with 2 off street spaces. This home is an enjoyable walk to restaurants, shops & entertainment. Home is non-smoking both inside & on the property (including porch & yard).

Bed is a comfy queen size. Kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs, spices, coffee and tea selections.

The apartment is part of an 1896 Victorian Duplex. Guests will have the lower apartment space. The space sleeps four. 1 bedroom and a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Very spacious, kitchen, walk in closet, Newly renovated amazing bathroom made of handmade tile by Airbnb host, W/D, lg yard, wonderful back porch, great books selection, Adobe Oven, WiFi, and lots of free off street parking. Local art on walls. We live upstairs and we will be handy if you need anything or have questions.

You will be staying in a classic Minnesota duplex from 1901 that has been completely remodeled with all the modern luxuries while maintaining its old world charm. The home is in the historic NE Minneapolis Arts District, a neighborhood frequently consumed by art fairs, beer festivals and live music. Included is a king bed, sofa bed, lush robes, slippers and numerous amenities for you to enjoy! This unit is attached to a larger home (that is available for rent). However, only one group stays on the property at a time, by either renting this smaller space or by renting the entire house.
