The building located on 1140 Franklin Ave is a lovely home built in 1900 by ship builder Ferdinand Fisher and was established as a bed and breakfast in May of 1986. Astoria is such a historic town and every building has incredible architecture, history and a story. Every restoration seems to respect the era of the original structure and this reflects the beliefs of the town and its people and their commitment to Astoria’s history. Our most spacious room, Room #3 has two queen beds and a great view of Roslyn! Once a dentist's office, Room #3 has it's own private sitting area and two small sinks. Dr. Joel Fleischman once stayed here...just kidding! We are the only airbnb/vacation rental in downtown Roslyn, nested between Corks Wine bar and less then 200 yards from Washington's oldest infamous bar, The Brick.

Room 4 at the Observatory Inn in Winthrop

Room four at Observatory Inn is a single queen room with a shared balcony overlooking downtown Winthrop and the surrounding area. This room has lovely high wood ceilings and exposed beams, with large windows. Additional amenities include a private bathroom, desk, microwave, small refrigerator, Keurig and electric kettle with coffee and tea provided, wi-fi, and air conditioning.

Our most cozy room of all offers the most spirited historic hotel experience.
