He wisely recognized for decades to come this would be a prized place of rest, enjoyed by 5 generations. Our two kayaks for beginners and new paddle board are available for rent. Whispering Waters is a charming chalet style cabin with authentic cabin decor on Skykomish River in a small rural community just off Cascade Loop Highway surrounded by beautiful Cascade Mountains 60 miles NE of Seattle. The cabin has lots of romantic ambiance with a hot tub, seasonal gas river rock fireplace, loft king bed with river view, and balcony overlooking moss-draped trees. The cabin is close to great outdoor recreation: hiking, kayaking, skiing, rock climbing, biking, photography.

The Treehouse

Relax and explore in a gorgeous mid century cabin nestled amongst the cedars and fir. The treehouse has big windows looking out at the forest to your private creek. It’s a lovely secluded one bedroom with a huge rock fireplace, reading nook, 100% organic cotton sheets, unscented eco friendly soap, and free internet. Take a hike down to the creek, or just open a window and let the babbling brook lull you to sleep at night. There’s nothing like watching the rain fall from your private hot tub.
