permit#2500544 Our license permits a Max of 10 ages 5+, and Max of 13 including ages 0-4 Our home is perfect for families, groups of friends or workers that need a comfortable home away from home to either relax between adventures in our area, or between work shifts. We are located in the back corner in a peaceful neighborhood. Our neighborhood has a seasonal swimming pool (Approximately April 1 – September 30); Playground, pond with catch and release fishing and frequent events and food trucks.

Welcome to our West Columbia home away from home! It was our goal to create a peaceful, cozy and family friendly space. Primary bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV and large walk in closet. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed and smart TV, bedroom 3 has a twin over full bunk bed and crib. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Just thirteen minutes to the University of SC, six minutes to Lexington Medical Center, and 20 minutes to the Lake Murray Dam!

Relax in a peaceful rural setting with local conveniences in a newly built detached garage. This detached garage has one car parking inside with charging port for vehicle. The couch has a queen pull out bed and there are two bunk beds for sleeping. The kitchen is equipped with all the dishes you will need for a party of four. Conveniently located 17 minutes from Columbia Airport, 27 minutes away from Lake Murray Dam , 30 minutes away from Downtown Columbia and an hour away from Augusta, GA.
