Private community beach & boat ramp a few houses down, so bring your boat!

Inside, three arcade machines with over 500 games, board games, children's books, and toys. Private porch with cornhole. Lots of parking, fishing rods (BYO gear), and coffee & tea!

Everything is walking distance including grocery stores, boat launch, restaurants, stores, shops, park etc. The backyard has a giant beautiful gazebo, fire pit and private dock with electricity and fresh water. The home is smart controlled with auto opening curtains, fans, lights and music.
