Aguas Calmas lies between two traditional acequias (water-courses). Superb walking tracks lead into the mountains. Lots to do! Perfect base for Granada, beaches, Alpujarra, skiing and local restaurants. Great weather all year round. Paradise for hiking, cycling, lazing around pool or remote working. Good WiFi. En él área metropolitana. A cinco min. en coche del CC Nevada, PTS y hospital. A 35 min. del mar y del parque nacional de Sierra Nevada. Bus en la puerta de la urbanización al centro de la ciudad. Apartamento dentro de un chalet, con piscina y jardin en urbanización privada (zonas comunes dentro de la propiedad), rodeado de campo, tranquilo y confortable. Se admiten mascotas pequeñas. En la propiedad hay perros pequeños y gatos. Sofá cama de matrimonio y cama de matrimonio en la misma estancia.

La casa tiene dos plantas y un patio exterior con pequeña piscina, exclusivo para ti. Planta de abajo: distribución abierta con salón, comedor, cocina, pequeño aseo y patio. Planta superior: dormitorios y baño completo. Rutas de senderismo a 5 min a pie desde el alojamiento.

Cueva situada en el entorno de la Abadía del Sacromonte, con todas las comodidades, en un entorno B.I.C, (Bien de Interés Cultural) a 15 minutos del centro de granada, y al Albaicín, con transporte público a 50 mts, y a 200 de la Abadía, con parking situado en la misma puerta, público, pero donde siempre hay disponibilidad. Al alojarse en la Cueva de David, serán autorizados a entrar hasta la cueva a través del Albaicín (Patrimonio de la Humanidad)

This house is located in the Andalusian mountain village of El Acebuchal, in the heart of the Sierra Almijara. It is 45' from Malaga&Granada, 20' from the beaches of Nerja and 15' to Frigiliana. It is surrounded by a Natural Park so the last 2km are a little bit narrow and irregular. The magic, silence & stars are just amazing. 🌳🏡🌲 Ah!
